Credit cards are an important factor in making the Net fast and
convenient. Many potential customers will skip over you if you don't

services that offer easy-to-get merchant accounts. Compare start-up
and monthly fees before signing a contract. More and more local banks
are now providing merchant accounts to small Internet businesses.
Your online order page should be simple and easy to use. If you offer
only a few products and services, you can do fine with a simple
one-page order form. For broader product lines use a virtual shopping cart.
