Does your business have a logo? It's one of the oldest and most
powerful ways to get people to remember you. Long ago, when not many
people knew how to read, a business would identify themselves with a
picture or symbol. This ancient method still works.
Think how easy it is to instantly identify the logos of Coke, AOL,
and GM. Big companies spend millions making customers familiar with
their instantly recognizable logos.
You can do the same thing, but on a smaller scale. Consider getting a
logo that is simple and powerful enough to use for the next 10 years.
Keep it simple and easy to read. Be careful not to copy a
competitor's logo. A well-known logo is one of the most powerful
marketing tools available.
