Do You Offer the Four A's?
We often think of the products we're offering or our prices when we
try to figure out why something is or isn't selling.
Customers tell us there are several more complex factors they
consider before buying. Stop a moment to think about how your
business satisfy's the Four A's.
Awareness. It's a simple fact that people won't buy from you if they
don't know about you. Increase your marketing to improve sales.
Acceptability. Your product or service needs to be something that the
prospect knows she needs and wants.
Accountability. Customers put a lot of emphasis on your guarantee,
return policy, and the quality of your product. People look for a
business they can trust to improve their lives.
Affordability. In recent years consumers have told us they don't
consider price that important. All that is rapidly changing as the
economy gets tighter. Now customers are checking prices and often
buying the product or service that looks about as good but comes at a
lower price.
