• National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center
  / Description: The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center supports the implementation of the early childhood provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). There are training sessions being offered to parents in 2003 and 2004 provided information and education that will help them with their disabled child.
